2nd Dimension horizontal: 2DGels flatbed NF, 2DGels flatbed

Easiest handling combined with highest resolution also for 1D and 2D proteomic techniques!
These horizontal gels are produced on non fluorescent film support and are suitable for all fluorescence visualizations.
Especially for utilizing the advantages of the “Hot Coomassie Staining”, the “Colloidal Coomassie Staining” and silver staining, these gels are also available on normal film support. To perform this staining method, no Pharmalytes should be in the IPG-rehydration mix. Best is to use ETC’s special IPG Ampholyte Mix
Multiple runs can be performed on the FlatTop Tower. See the AN 3003.

	Because the IPG-strips lay in front of the electrophoretical discontinuity (in the leading ion’s region), in smaller dimensions (eg. 11 x 11 cm) horizontal separations show better resolution and more spots.
