	DNAGels - CleanGels - Buffers - SSCP-Test Kit

Ready-To-Use: Simply cut the Ready-To-Use gels out of their plastic bag and place them on the cooling plate of your horizontal chamber. Load your samples and start electrophoresis! For fluorescence visualization we offer these gels also on non-fluorescent films = NF.

DNAGels: are are non-toxic Ready-To-Use gels. Gel-dimension: 125 mm x 250 mm. The gels with 36 slots are polymerized on a special non-fluorescent support-film.
A special buffer system is used to give highest resolution for DNA-fragments. The 103S gel is microtiterplate compatible!
DNAGels are also suitable for native proteins with pI < pH 7.5

			A Buffer Kit contains: 150 ml Cathode- and Anode-, 15 ml Sample-Buffer, 12 Electrode Strips, manual



CleanGels are washed and dried horizontal gels. Gel-dimension 125 mm x 250 mm (normal size), 217 mm x 260 mm (large size) They must be rehydrated in a CleanPool before use. Choose your suitable buffer system. The 25 and the 52 slot gels are microtiterplate compatible (9 mm)! All horizontal gels can be cutted to half or third size or a size adapted to the number of samples!
